What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 11:00. Your check-in page, sent after booking, has the door details and directions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible: Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
You pay by card on a secure Stripe page at the time of booking. We never see your card number. The total shown, including any cleaning fee and taxes, is what you pay.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, $200. Nothing is charged: your card is kept on file and only charged if there is damage, and you are told exactly what for.
When is my booking confirmed?
Instantly. You get a confirmation email and your own check-in page as soon as the payment goes through.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 3 guests, including children.
