Your business, run properly
Clients, calendar, team, invoices and payments in one place, with the rental-specific parts no general maid app has: calendar-driven jobs, checkout windows, codes, photo proof and host-facing status.
See the workspaceJobs from your clients’ Airbnb calendars, photo proof on every clean, invoices that charge the card on file, and a page each client checks instead of texting you. Free for one cleaner. Crew adds your team: their jobs, schedules, hours and pay.
Most cleaning apps stop at your own book. Rentalhand also runs the hosts’ side of the business, so hosts on Rentalhand book turnovers that need a cleaner nearby. Our own crew cleans in Los Angeles and Orange County; everywhere else, those jobs go to approved independent cleaners on Crew. How many offers you see depends on hosts near you, and in some areas there may be few or none yet.

See the workspaceHosts and landlords on Rentalhand, anywhere in the country, book turnovers, move-out cleans and deep cleans through us. Approved cleaners on Crew near the property get the offer by text or email with the pay for the job, and accept or decline it. You work as an independent contractor and take only the jobs you want. Accepted jobs land on your calendar with the checklist, the codes and the photos the host wants.
Apply to the poolFrom the checkout that creates the job to the review that brings the next client. Everything is free for one cleaner; cards marked Crew are for teams.
Work arrives on the calendar; you do not type it in.
Paste a host’s Airbnb or Vrbo link once. Every checkout becomes a job with the right window and same-day turnovers flagged.
Put your link on your website or Instagram. Customers pick the rooms and how often, see your price, and request a clean. You accept with one tap.
Price a deep clean or a new recurring home, email the quote, and when the customer accepts it is on your calendar with the client and the home already created.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly residential cleans sit on the same calendar as the turnovers, with a reminder to the customer the day before.
Once approved on Crew, turnovers from Rentalhand hosts near you are offered by text with the pay shown up front, where hosts need a cleaner. Accept or decline each one as an independent contractor; accepted jobs land on your calendar with the host’s checklist and codes.
Everything your team needs is on the job link. Nothing to install.
The host’s own checklist, plus deep-clean items added to the first clean of each month. Photos required on the items that need them.
Before and after photos land on the job, and damage, lost-item and supplies reports reach the client the same hour.
Door, lockbox and smart-lock codes appear on the job two hours before the window and disappear after. Nothing to text around.
Each member gets a private link with their jobs, checklists, photos and clock in and out. Availability and time off keep jobs off their days off.
Open the day’s stops in Google Maps, in order, from the Today list.
You or the client can skip or move a clean from the page. Inside your cancellation window, the fee goes on the next invoice by itself.
Invoices write themselves and cards are charged for you.
Per clean, weekly or monthly, the way each client wants it, from the cleans you completed at the rate you set. Sent by email with a pay link.
A client saves their card at the first payment. After that, invoices are charged automatically and the receipt goes out; the money lands in your bank through Stripe. Clients can also pay by bank transfer, and add a tip if you turn tips on; the whole tip is yours.
Record how a clean was paid when you finish it, and send a receipt to any email. No fee on anything but cards.
Pay each member per clean, by the hour or a percent. Fix missed clock-outs, mark each payday paid and export a spreadsheet for payroll.
Happy clients tell you, and then they tell Google.
Hosts and homeowners see their next cleans, the photos, their invoices and a restock list on one private link. No account, no app, no phone calls asking if it is done.
The client rates each clean. A missed item reopens the job for the same day and the client sees when it is fixed, before it costs you the client.
After rating a clean, every client is invited to post a review on your Google page, whatever the score, as Google requires. Your public reviews page shows every review with a comment.
Ask "how do I add a team member" in plain words and get the answer from the guide, with a link to the right page.
Bring the clients you have. The first month runs itself.
Hosts with a calendar link, homeowners with an address. Set your price per clean and the same-day extra.
Jobs appear as checkouts land. Assign your team, do the clean from the link, upload the photos, clock out.
Draft each client’s invoice from the cleans you did, send it, and watch it get paid by card.
Solo is free, with no limit on clients or jobs. Crew is $29 a month to run a team: their job links, schedules, hours and pay. Approved Crew cleaners also get Rentalhand job offers where hosts need them. No setup fee, no contract.
Clients pay invoices by card from their link, or keep a card on file; the money goes to your own bank through Stripe. A small processing fee applies only when a client pays by card, and the exact amount is shown in the app before you switch card payments on. Nothing to pay when you are not paid.
See a client pageSolo is free with no limit on clients or jobs. Crew is $29 a month with 3 team members included and $7 a month for each additional active member; it adds team logins, hours and pay, payroll export, a lower card fee and Rentalhand jobs. When a client pays by card, the payment carries Stripe's processing (2.9% + 30¢) plus a Rentalhand fee of 1.5% on Solo or 1% on Crew; the fees on a $200 clean come to about $9.10 on Solo and $8.10 on Crew. The exact amount is shown in the app before you switch card payments on.
No. A host gives you their calendar link and gets a private page from you; that is all. If they want the full host workspace, they can claim their properties for free and you stay their cleaner.
Apply to the cleaner pool. We review your service area, experience and availability before approving you, and offers go to approved cleaners on Crew. Jobs come from hosts on Rentalhand near you, so how many you see depends on demand in your area; in some areas there may be few or none yet. Approved cleaners get offers near them by text or email. Each offer shows what you are paid for that clean; you accept or decline it, and accepted jobs land on the same calendar as your own clients.
Rentalhand agrees a price per clean with the host for each home. The host pays Rentalhand, Rentalhand pays you the rate shown on the offer, and keeps the difference as its fee. Pool cleaners are independent contractors, not employees: you choose which jobs to take, bring your own supplies unless the host provides them, and handle your own taxes and insurance.
