One calendar, every platform
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and your direct bookings in one view, with overlapping dates flagged the moment they appear. Core reads the calendar links; Pro connects Airbnb directly.
Short-term stays and long-term leases in one app, free with no property limit. Hosts can add Pro to make the routine run by itself.
Every plan includes landlord tools. Leases, tenants and rent collection for your long-term rentals live in a second workspace behind the same login, free and run by you. Only renting to tenants? It is free with no plan. The landlord tour
For short-term rentals there are four ways to use Rentalhand: run it yourself on Core, free; let Pro run the routine for $19 a month per short-term rental; or hand it to our team with Co-hosting (10% of booking revenue, anywhere in the US) or Full Management (20%, in Los Angeles and Orange County). Compare the four side by side.
On Pro, press Connect Airbnb and your properties are created from your listings. On Core, paste the calendar links. Renting to tenants? Add units and a lease instead.
Add your cleaner, pick your message templates, set rent due days and late fees, and choose how turnovers are handled.
On Core you work the lists. On Pro the guest messages go out and cleaners are assigned and reminded by themselves. Either way, your financials fill in as you go.
Both import your bookings and create a turnover for every checkout. Here is exactly what changes when you turn on Pro, for $19 a month per short-term rental. Nothing is locked behind a sales call.
| Step | Core · free | Pro · $19 a month per short-term rental |

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and your direct bookings in one view, with overlapping dates flagged the moment they appear. Core reads the calendar links; Pro connects Airbnb directly.
On Pro with Airbnb connected directly, Airbnb conversations arrive in your inbox and your replies go back to the guest from here; the concierge can draft them. On Core, connect Outlook or forward your notification emails once, and messages land in one place: Reply copies your answer and opens the right thread for you to paste and send.
One link per booking: house rules agreed, Wi-Fi and parking from your guidebook, the door code when it is time, and guest questions straight to your inbox.
Invite your cleaner and they get their own Rentalhand: every job with the checklist and codes, before-and-after photos, invoices and quotes. Anything a guest leaves behind is logged with a photo, and the guest asks for it back from their check-in page. Free for one cleaner, with nothing to install; a cleaning crew with a team is $29 a month.
Guests report a dripping faucet or a dead remote from their check-in page, photo attached, and it lands in your maintenance list. Assign a vendor, track the cost and keep the history on the property.
Import Airbnb and Vrbo payouts, see profit by month and property, export a tax summary in one click.
Press Connect Airbnb, sign in on Airbnb’s own page, and your properties are created from your listings with nothing to type. Bookings, changes and cancellations arrive within seconds with the guest’s name and contact, and your calendar, nightly rate and minimum stay flow back to the listing. Booking.com connects to the same property with its hotel id, and Vrbo too for listings managed in Expedia Partner Central.
A clean booking site at your own address with photos, reviews, a live calendar shared with Airbnb and card payment straight to you. Guests who found you once can book you again without the platform fee.
Guests ask about Wi-Fi, parking or checkout on their check-in page and usually get the answer from your house guide within a minute. Anything uncertain, about money or a complaint waits for you as a draft.
Connect a smart lock and every stay gets its own code from check-in to checkout, and each cleaner gets one for their window. Add-on, $7 per lock per month.
Guests on Vrbo, Booking.com and direct bookings verify a government ID before the code appears; Airbnb verifies its own guests, so its stays are skipped. Add-on, $2.50 per guest checked, only when you turn it on.
Eco mode between stays, comfort before check-in, and a quiet-hours noise alert before the neighbors write to you.
Rentalhand started as the tool we use on our own short-term rentals and leases in Los Angeles and Orange County. Every feature exists because a real checkout, guest or tenant needed it, and our own cleaning and co-hosting crew works out of the same app your cleaner would.
Simple prices, published here in full. Core is free with no property limit. Pro is $19 a month per short-term rental: one Airbnb with a smart lock is $26 a month, everything included.
Each short-term property picks a mode once. New bookings, including ones that arrive by calendar sync, create the turnover without you touching anything; on Pro it is assigned, chased and backed up as well.
Add them by name and phone. No account needed; they can sign in later to see all their jobs. On Core you assign each turnover; on Pro every checkout goes to them by itself.
Prefer not to manage a cleaner? Switch any property to Rentalhand cleaners, or pick our crew as your backup. Every checkout becomes a scheduled clean with photos at a standing rate you accept once.
These plans are for Airbnb, Vrbo and other short-term rentals. Core and Pro work anywhere; Co-hosting is run remotely anywhere in the United States; Full Management is in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Included in every plan: landlord tools for your long-term rentals, free and run by you: leases, rent collection, tenants and the tenant page. Long-term rentals never count toward a plan, and our Co-hosting and Full Management teams look after short-term stays only. Only renting to tenants? It is free with no plan. The landlord tour

Ask about co-hostingYou never have to visit. We take over the house as well as the business, and you get paid.
Request a consultationMonthly charges are the short-term rentals and locks you have; ID checks are charged only for the guests you check. Pro applies to every short-term rental in your account, long-term rentals are free, and you can go back to Core at the end of any month. For example, one rental with one smart lock is $26 a month; three rentals with two locks are $71 a month.
Who does what on Co-hosting and Full Management, and every feature plan by plan
Optional, local and quoted up front. Request any of these from inside Rentalhand, approve the quote, and the cost posts straight to your financials when the work is done. Everything here is priced by the job; Co-hosting and Full Management are the two plans above.
Everything plugs into the software: our cleans book themselves from your calendar at a rate you accept once, guests buy extras like a mid-stay clean from their check-in page, and a listing refresh is one request away. Co-hosting and Full Management are in the plans above.
A guest-ready home after every checkout: beds, bathrooms, kitchen, fresh linens and towels, photos when done.
Oven, fridge, windows, under the furniture and the places turnovers skip. Quarterly, or after a long stay.
Twenty-five edited photos that make the listing look like the home. Reshoots after a refresh at half price.
We write the listing, arrange photos, set the house rules and a pricing plan, and hand it back to you live on Airbnb and Vrbo.
Paper goods, soap, coffee and cleaning supplies topped up between stays, so no guest arrives to an empty shelf.
The physical work between tenants. The leases themselves stay yours.
Deep clean and make-ready between tenants, with a photo set when it is done.
Every room photographed and timestamped, so deposit accounting rests on evidence instead of memory.
Paint, carpet, small repairs and a final check between tenants, quoted up front and scheduled around your dates.
Repairs and inspections, quoted up front.
Help finding the right fix: a vetted vendor, a quote you approve, and the work checked when it is done.
A second pair of eyes on your home, inside and out, with a photo report and a short list of what needs attention.

Yes. Core has no property limit, no trial clock and no card on file, and long-term leases are free on every account, rent collection included. Pro is for short-term owners who want the routine to run by itself, and our cleaning, Co-hosting and Full Management services are quoted when you want them.
No. Keep your listings where they are and keep getting paid by them. On Core, Rentalhand reads the calendar link each listing publishes. On Pro you connect Airbnb directly: you approve Rentalhand on Airbnb's own page (we never see your password), bookings arrive within seconds, and your calendar, nightly rate and minimum stay are kept in step on the listing. Vrbo and Booking.com join the same connection. Disconnect at any time and Airbnb goes back to running its own calendar. On Co-hosting and Full Management our team does work in your listing, with access you give it through the platform's co-host feature, and you can take that access back at any time.
You add a property and paste its Airbnb or Vrbo calendar link (or add units and tenants for a lease). Your stays and turnovers appear within minutes. Then add your cleaner by name and phone, and share the check-in page link with your next guest. Most owners are set up in about ten minutes.
Not of your Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com bookings: Core is free and Pro is a flat $19 a month per short-term rental. The one exception is your own direct booking site on Pro, where Rentalhand keeps 1% of each booking on top of the card processing fee, which is how the site and its payments are paid for. Beyond that, the only percentage pricing is for our hosting services, which you choose separately: Co-hosting at 10%, anywhere in the United States, and Full Management at 20%, in Los Angeles and Orange County. Those are charged on the nightly rate and guest extras at check-in, never on the cleaning fee or taxes.
On Pro, yes: with Airbnb connected directly, a booking or a blocked night on any connected channel, or on your own booking site, closes those dates everywhere within seconds. A channel linked only by its calendar link (iCal), such as a Vrbo listing you have not connected directly, still updates when it next reads the link, usually within the hour, so a booking made on it in between can overlap. On Core the calendar links are one way, so Rentalhand flags overlapping dates immediately but cannot change availability on the platforms; keep your platform calendars linked to each other as you do today.
You, and the people you invite: your cleaner sees only the tasks assigned to them and a guest sees only their own stay. Rentalhand reads platform notification emails only to file them in your inbox. A direct Airbnb connection is approved by you on Airbnb's own page and never involves your password. You can export your financials and rent roll at any time.
Yes. Core, Pro, Co-hosting and Full Management all include the landlord workspace, free: units, tenants, leases, rent collection, maintenance and access codes in one place. Our Co-hosting and Full Management teams look after short-term stays; you run your leases yourself with the included software. We never place tenants or manage leases on your behalf, which in most states is licensed work, and landlords can order a move-out turnover or maintenance coordination as quoted services.
Co-hosting is run remotely, so it is available anywhere in the United States; you arrange the cleaner and repairs at your property. Full Management is in Los Angeles and Orange County. Rentalhand cleaning is done by our own crew in Los Angeles and Orange County, with Palm Springs by arrangement; elsewhere it is done by approved independent cleaners near you, and some areas have none yet. Owners anywhere can use Core and Pro with their own cleaner, and run their leases for free.
Open the demo, click around both workspaces, then make it yours when you are ready. No card, no property limit.
