Add a property

A property is the unit everything else hangs on: calendar, turnovers, guests, money.

Properties → Add property

Give the property a name, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, check-in and checkout times and its time zone (type a city to search the list). Set Rental mode to Short-term for Airbnb or vacation rentals, or Long-term for leased units with tenants and monthly rent.

A photo link makes the card easier to recognize. The rest of the form (cleaning guide, smart home, extras guests can buy, ID verification) can wait until you need it.

  1. Open Properties and press Add property.
  2. Fill in the name, address and times. Choose the rental mode.
  3. Save. The property appears in the filter at the top of every page.
  4. Short-term: connect its calendar next. Long-term: add units on the Leases page.
  • Deleting a property removes its reservations, turnovers, entries and guidebook.
  • Pro is $19 a month per short-term rental: one costs $19, two cost $38, three cost $57. Long-term rentals are free and never count. Core has no property limit and no card.
