One account works for hosts, landlords and cleaning businesses.

Hosts and landlords sign in at /app with an email and password, or with Google. Cleaning businesses use /cleaners/signin, which opens the cleaner workspace instead of the host workspace.
You can look around first: /app?demo=1 is a sample host workspace and /cleaners?demo=1 a sample cleaning business. Demo edits stay on the page and reset on reload.
- Open rentalhand.com and press Sign in.
- Enter an email and password, or continue with Google.
- New email accounts get a confirmation email; sign in after confirming.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in dialog; the reset link opens a page to set a new one.
- The sidebar switches between Short-term stays and Long-term leases. Both are the same account; each shows only its own properties.
