Send the repair to the vendor instead of describing it twice
You are not the plumber’s secretary.
A tenant reports a leak with a photo. You call the plumber and describe the photo. The plumber asks for the address, the gate code, when someone is home. You type it all again.
The vendor should see what the tenant sent, say when they can come and what it costs, and tell you when it is done. You should approve, not transcribe.
In Rentalhand
- Send to vendor on a request texts them a private link with the photos, the address and what you chose to share.
- They accept, send an estimate, propose a time and mark it done with the final cost and invoice; each step comes back to you.
- Approve with one tap; the cost posts to Financials with the invoice attached. Your vendors, your prices, no fee.
