Maintenance

Repair requests with vendor, due date and cost, and what cleaners reported from turnovers.

Short-term stays → Maintenance

Reports from turnovers lists what your cleaners flagged: damage, missing or worn items and things guests left behind, sorted by severity. Resolve a report, create a maintenance request from it (the form is prefilled with a due date from the severity), or open the stay’s record to export a claim packet.

Property care holds the maintenance requests themselves: title, vendor, due date, cost, status and notes. Completing a request with a cost posts the expense to Financials.

Found items follow their own path: Mark shipped (asks what the guest paid for shipping, which posts as revenue), Mark collected or Discard. After checkout the guest’s page shows the item with an I’d like it returned button.

  • Export claim packet opens a print-friendly page with every photo and its timestamp, the checklist and the cleaner’s notes; the browser’s print dialog saves it as a PDF.
