Calendar

Every reservation and block across platforms, with manual bookings and the stay details.

Short-term stays → Calendar

Reservations are colored by platform: Airbnb, Vrbo, manual, blocked, other. Click a day to add a manual reservation or a block; click a stay to see the guest, dates, the guest check-in portal link, the door code and when it works, and the Inspection record of its turnover.

Check-in dates are inclusive and checkout dates exclusive, the way the platforms publish them. A manual stay or block that overlaps another one asks you to confirm before it is saved, and overlapping stays are flagged in Property health.

  1. Connect calendar links each platform listing to the property.
  2. Sync now fetches every feed at once; otherwise feeds sync every five minutes.
  3. Add reservation records an off-platform booking, with the guest’s email or mobile so messages and the portal link can reach them.
  • A manual reservation creates a turnover the same way an imported one does.
  • Send to guest on a stay texts or emails the private check-in page link.
