Properties

Property cards with the forms for everything that belongs to one property.

Short-term stays → Properties

Add property offers two ways in: Add from Airbnb (Pro) connects your Airbnb account and pulls the listing over, with its calendar kept in sync from then on, or type the property in by hand and connect a calendar later.

Each card opens the property form: details and times, the cleaning guide (checklist, codes, supplies, trash day), the Smart home section for a lock, thermostat or noise sensor, the Climate and noise settings, Extras guests can buy, the static door code switch for the guest check-in page, and guest ID verification.

The cleaning guide is what cleaners see on their task link. Codes are shown to the assigned cleaner only from two hours before the cleaning window until it ends.

  • For short-term rentals, smart locks, access passes, extras, climate and noise and ID verification are part of Pro, and Core shows a teaser with Upgrade to Pro. A long-term property never needs Pro: its smart lock comes with the landlord lock add-on, $7 per lock per month (see Smart locks for your units).
  • The search box filters cards by name.
