Guidebooks

A welcome guide per property that feeds the guest page and your message templates.

Short-term stays → Guidebooks

Write the about text, Wi-Fi, parking, getting in and before-you-leave sections and the house rules. Publish to get a public link; unpublished guides stay private.

The published guide also fills the guest check-in page and template placeholders, and the guest assistant answers from it. The door code itself never comes from the guidebook; it is revealed on the guest page when the stay begins.

  • Anyone with the public link can read it, so keep codes out of the public text.
