Host services and plans
Optional paid help from Rentalhand, the standing cleaning rate, and what the plans cost for short-term hosts and for landlords.
Short-term stays → Host services, and Account settings
The management tools are free. Host services are optional: turnover cleaning, deep clean and reset, listing photography, listing setup, Co-hosting (10%, anywhere in the US: we run the listing, pricing and guests; $250 one-time onboarding) and Full Management (20%, we also take over the cleaners, repairs and the house), both charged on the nightly rate and guest extras at check-in. Request information opens a service request; Rentalhand replies with a quote you accept or decline in place, and completed work posts its cost to Financials.
A standing cleaning rate is the price per turnover Rentalhand proposes for a property. Accepting it unlocks Rentalhand cleans and the Rentalhand fallback on the Cleaning page; nothing switches on by itself.
Plans depend on what you rent. Short-term hosts: Core is the manual workspace and free. Pro, $19 a month per short-term rental, is everything that runs by itself for your stays: scheduled guest messages, automatic turnover assignment with reminders, backup and escalation, guest extras, access passes for cleaners and vendors, climate and noise, plus the add-ons: smart locks at $7 per lock per month and guest ID checks at $2.50 per guest. Upgrade to Pro from any teaser or from Account settings (the profile button at the bottom of the sidebar), which also shows the billing panel and Manage billing.
Landlords (long-term leases): there is no Pro plan for landlords. Every lease and rent feature is free, automation included: invoices, reminders, late notices and late fees. The one paid option is smart locks for tenant codes, showing codes and agent or vendor passes, $7 per lock per month with no plan to buy (see Smart locks for your units). Long-term rentals never count toward Pro, so a landlord who also hosts stays on Pro pays Pro only for the short-term rentals.
