Clients and client pages
Hosts whose turnovers you clean and residential customers, each with a private page.
/cleaners → Clients
Add a client with a price per clean and a same-day extra, then their properties. A host client’s property takes its Airbnb or Vrbo calendar link and syncs at once, so turnovers appear by themselves. Residential customers get recurring jobs (weekly, every two weeks, monthly or once) with a window, a price and a member.
Each client has a private page at /c/<link>: next cleans, recent cleans with before and after photos, invoices with Pay by card once payouts are set up, and ratings. Copy link sends it to them. For a host, Invite to Rentalhand emails a link that moves the properties into their own free host account while you keep every job.
Booking requests from your website land here. Each shows the home, how often, the preferred date and the price the form computed. Accept opens a short form, filled in from the request: the price per clean, the first date, the time window, how often, and who cleans (you, or a team member). Change anything, then Confirm and accept: the client, the property and the job are created with those values and the customer is emailed the day and window, with the price only when you set one; leave the price empty to confirm it later. Decline closes the request without a message.
- The average rating per client shows on the client row once they have rated cleans.
- Billing per client (I draft invoices myself, After each clean, Weekly, Monthly) is set on the client form; see Money.
- When your website shows no prices (Only "From $X" or Free quote under Your website → Settings), the request still carries the estimate from your prices, marked "estimate (not shown to them)": it is for you only, and the customer first hears a price from you.
