Team
Members get a private link that is their login; hours and pay per member.
/cleaners → Team
Each member gets a private link with their jobs, checklists, codes in a time window and photo upload. No app to install. Their link shows it in place with Copy, Open and Text it.
Availability under each member: the days they work, the hours on each of those days (or any time), and time off. Giving someone a clean on a day off, outside their hours or on top of another clean warns you, and the Today list flags it; it never blocks, because you know your team.
Team pay sets how each member is paid: a flat amount per clean, by the hour (from clocking in and out on their job link), or a percent of the clean price. Pick a pay period (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) and it shows each member’s cleans, hours and what they are owed.
A clean still on the clock, with no hours, with a very long shift, or clocked in far from the property (half a mile or more, allowing for the phone’s accuracy) is flagged before you pay; Show cleans lists where each clock in and out happened. Open Show cleans and press Fix hours to set the real start and end.
When you have paid someone, press Mark paid: enter the amount, how you paid (Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, bank transfer or payroll) and an optional note, and text them the summary. Undo removes the record.
- Team members are part of Crew ($29 a month, three members included, $7 for each additional member). Solo is free for one cleaner.
- Rentalhand keeps the record; you send the money yourself. Employees must earn at least the local minimum wage for every hour they work, whichever way you pay them.
- Export pay CSV gives one row per clean with exact minutes and pay for whoever runs your payroll.
- Clock-in locations come from the member’s phone when they tap, with their permission; a member who declines still clocks in, just without a location, and the Today list flags a clock-in that happened far from the home.
- Members who add the app to their home screen can turn on notifications there: new jobs, changes and job messages buzz the phone as well as arriving by text or email. Nothing changes on your side.
