Your website
A public website for your cleaning business, free on every plan: photos, services and starting prices, client reviews and the booking form.
/cleaners → Settings → Your website
This is your business’s complete website: you do not need another site, a web designer or anything to embed. Every cleaning business gets one at rentalhand.com/clean-site/<your-address>, built on the same site builder hosts use. Before you write a word it already shows your name, area, starting prices, standard About text, how it works, the booking form and answers to common questions; the checklist at the top of Your website says what is left (usually a cover photo and a web address), then Publish. Google gets the page title, description, link preview and your business details (phone, area, hours, rating) so the site is listed like any local business; once it is live, create a Google Business Profile and put the address in its Website field. It shows your headline and cover photo, services with starting prices from your booking page settings (plus any extra services you add, such as a deep clean or a move-out clean), how it works, the ratings your clients leave after their cleans, your story and trust badges, photos of your work, your service area with a map, questions and answers, a contact form, and Book a clean.
Book a clean is your existing booking request: the customer picks the rooms and how often, sees the price, and the request lands under Clients, where you accept or decline it as before. Nothing is charged when a customer books, and there is no fee for the website.
Design: the headline, a logo, the cover photo, a background palette, a button colour, fonts, corners and an announcement bar. Content: which sections show and in what order, their headings, extra services, the how-it-works steps, your About text with a photo and badges, the photo gallery, and your own questions (the standard answers, written from your prices and cancellation window, can be turned off). Settings: the web address, your own domain on Crew, and the title and description search engines show.
Until you pick a web address, the site works at your booking link’s address (/clean-site/<link>). Your old booking link at /book/<link> keeps working: once the site is published it opens the booking section of the site.
- Fill in the Business card (name, phone, email, service area) and Booking page and reminders (prices) above; the site reads them.
- Open Your website, write a headline, upload a cover photo and pick a palette on Design.
- On Content, turn sections on or off, add extra services and your About text, and add photos.
- Press Save, then Preview. When it looks right, switch Published on and save again.
- Share the address: on your Google Business profile, Instagram, flyers and your van.
- Prices on your site (Settings view): Show prices puts the starting-price table under Services and the price on the booking form as the customer fills it in. Only "From $X" keeps just "From $X per clean" at the top, with no table, and the form says you confirm the price after a quick look at the home. Free quote, no prices shows no prices anywhere: services read "Ask for a quote", the top says "Free quote", and the form promises a quote within a day. In every mode the request under Clients carries the estimate from your prices, for your eyes only when the site hides them, and you set the real price when you accept.
- Design → Top of the page picks how the page opens: full photo with the headline over it, photo beside the text (easiest to read), a grid of your photos, or text only. Without a cover photo the page opens with text only whatever you pick.
- Reviews on the site are the same as your public reviews page: client ratings with a comment, good or bad, newest first. Hidden until there is one.
- Your own domain (clean.yourname.com) is part of Crew. On Solo the site keeps its rentalhand.com address.
- Photos are uploaded from your phone or computer and resized automatically; up to 12 in the gallery.
- The sample site is at /clean-site/demo; requests sent from it appear under Clients in the demo workspace.
- Hours and links (Settings view): your opening hours, Instagram and Facebook pages show in the footer and are given to Google with your phone and area; the Google review link from Prices, bookings and reminders adds a "Review us on Google" link.
- No services yet? Press "Add the usual four" on the Content view to add deep clean, move-out clean, short-term rental turnover and interior windows as "ask for a quote", then change or remove any of them.
- The checklist at the top of the editor says what is still missing before you publish (usually a cover photo and a web address) and, once the site is live, the three things that bring customers: a Google Business Profile with this address in its Website field, sharing the link, and asking for reviews.
