Ask for a photo of each thing that matters
"Done" is an opinion. A photo of the made bed is a fact.
When a guest claims the place was dirty, the only thing that settles it is a photo with a time on it. One wide shot of the room does not show the inside of the microwave.
Put the photo where the task is: beds made, bathroom restocked, patio swept. The cleaner takes it as they finish the item, and nobody has to remember afterwards.

- On the job link those items show Take photo instead of a tick box; the photo is kept on the item and the job cannot be finished until every required photo is in.
- The host sees each photo next to its item on the Inspection record, with the time it was taken.
