Tenants

People on your leases, with contact details and the unit each one holds.

Long-term leases → Tenants

Name, email, phone and notes. A tenant with an email can sign leases electronically; one without is left off the signature request with a warning.

Each tenant on a lease has a private tenant page. Copy link copies it; Send link emails it (or texts it when there is no email). A tenant with autopay on shows the account it charges.
