Units

Each long-term property has one or more units that leases attach to.

Long-term leases → Leases → units per property

Set a property’s rental mode to Long-term and it appears in this workspace. Add units to it (name, bedrooms, bathrooms, asking rent) from the Leases page; a single-family home is one unit.

Vacant units and units whose lease ends soon are listed under Showings with Add showing and Agent pass, which text a visitor a one-hour door code or give an agent a pass with daily hours (with a smart lock on the unit or property, through the lock add-on at $7 per lock per month; landlords never need Pro).

  • A smart lock can belong to the whole property or to one unit; tenant codes and passes use the unit’s lock first.
